New Zealanders and Australians gather
to remember those who fought and died
in World War I on the field of Flanders
The Parade assembles in front of the Ypres Cloth Hall which
had been almost completely destroyed during the First World
The New Zealand Ambassador, Wade Armstrong is in front
in the light grey suit.
The Parade leaves the Cloth Hall for the Menin Gate where the last
post will be sounded for the 27,000th time and wreaths will be laid by
New Zealanders and Australians to remember their dead
